Correcting the front strut inserts
Boge inserts were found in KONI front housings; the correct KONI units are being fitted.

0:00Let's just check back in real quickly on the 73S. You can see we've yanked the front spindle
0:11and obviously the strut housing. Incredibly enough. It's a good thing we did. Somebody
0:21had jammed in quite literally the wrong strut insert. They jammed in a Boge strut
0:32insert into a KONI actual unit which literally almost destroyed the KONI. We
0:41were able to remove it and now we're installing the correct KONI units. There
0:46was nothing really showing in terms of the handling of the car but it's just
0:51something we do as a matter of course and it's a good thing we did.

Inside the front wheel well
With the wheel and strut assembly removed, the open wheel well gives access to the front suspension.
Under the front lid
The luggage-compartment lining is lifted back while protective cloths cover the painted edges.
A familiar face
The raised front lid and open wheel well show another side of the work beyond the engine bay.
